What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens when you leave it to make a booking.
This site
This site has no accounts, no logins and no forms of its own. It does not set cookies of its own. Pages are served by a hosting provider that may record standard server information, such as the address a request came from and the page requested, in order to run the service and protect it from abuse. Basic visitor counts may be collected in a way that does not identify you.
Booking
The price form on the quote page is run by the booking platform. The details you enter there, including addresses, your name, your contact details and your card payment, are handled under that platform's own privacy policy, which is shown on its site. This site does not see or store them.
If you email the address on the contact page, your message and address are kept for as long as needed to answer it and deal with anything that follows from it, and are not added to any mailing list.
Links to other sites
The guides link to pages on the council's and the universities' websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data the operator holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not satisfied. The operator is named in the footer of every page, and the email address to use is on the contact page.
