To get a price or book

Use the price form. It is linked from every page and it is the only way a booking is made. It shows you local drivers and their prices, holds a deposit on your card and sends the request to the driver you choose. Emailing an address and a date will not create a booking.

Nothing is taken until your driver confirms. Pay them the rest when the job is done.

About a booking you have made

Once a driver has accepted your request, the driver contacts you to agree the timing, and anything about the day itself, such as the time, the parking or an extra stop, is best arranged with them directly. If you cannot reach the driver, or something has gone wrong with the booking or the deposit, email the address above with your booking details and someone will reply.

About this site

Corrections to a guide, a wrong term date, a change to the council's parking process, or a question that the questions page does not answer: email and it will be read. The about page explains who runs the site and how it works with the drivers.

Drivers

If you drive a van in or around Southampton and want to take jobs through this site, email the address above and you will be pointed to the right place to apply. Drivers work independently, set their own days and their own prices.
